The light weight refractory castable is mainly used for lining the heat insulation layer of high temperature industrial kiln.The material has the advantages of light weight, good insulation performance.
Light weight refractory castable is made of light weight ceramite, lightweight compo and hollow microsphere as aggregate, aluminate cement as binder, superfine powder and some additives. The product has the character of light weight, high compressive strength and acid and acid gas corrosion resistance. Heat insulation, low water absorption and simple construction. It is the most ideal product used for the position that has alkali corrosion under high temperature. It also has the advantage of good workability, strong adhesive , the long setting time and construction operation time,strong permeability resistance, do not need to acidification treatment, and easy to ensure the dense mortar joint of masonry, can significantly increase the tightness, integrity and corrosion resistant ability of chimney lining wall. It is the most ideal cementing materials for high chimney, and the high temperature flue duct lining, also can be used in the acid engineering petroleum, chemical industry, non-ferrous metallurgical industry such as acid pool, slot, etc.
The light weight refractory castable is always classified according to porosity, binder and aggregate. In actual use, it is also classified according to service temperature or function characteristics.
According to the porosity, there are two kinds of light weight refractory castable: dense light weight castable and the light weight castable with porosity no less than 45% According to the binder, there are hydraulic binding, chemical binding, agglomerating combined light weight castable.
According to refractory aggregate, there are light weight refractory castable of clay aggregate , high aluminum aggregate , Silicon aggregate , alkaline aggregate (magnesite, dolomite, etc.), special aggregate (carbon, carbide, spinel, zirconium, nitride, etc.) and heat insulation aggregate (perlite, vermiculite, ceramsite, drift bead, insulation brick sand, porous clinker, alumina hollow ball, etc.).

7. What is the package of the products?
Normally the unshaped refractory is packed in bags of 25kg/30kg/1000kg and then put on wooden pallets suitable for the sea transportation if you have special requirement.
8. What is the capacity of the products?

9. How to store the unshaped refractory?
Please store them indoor and be away from moisture and water. Please do not stack the wooden pallets.
10. What is the period of validity of refractory castable and mortar?
Normally it is 6 months. But it must be keep well away from moisture and water.
